Naoyasu Ubayashi is a professor in Global Center for Science and Engineering, Faculty of Science and Engineering at Waseda University. He is also a Professor Emeritus, Kyushu University. He received his PhD from The University of Tokyo. He is a member of ACM SIGSOFT, IEEE Computer Society, and Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ). He received "IPSJ SIG Research Award 2003" from IPSJ.
