Apology

Dear the contestants and attendees to the ICPC Asia Regional Contest
2011 in Fukuoka,

Due to a previously undiscovered defect of the eclipse system in the
contest environments, we could not avoid such the trouble that the
eclipse system was suddenly and frequently failed down during the
contest.

On behalf of the ICPC Asia Regional Contest 2011 in Fukuoka site
committee, we express a deep apology to all the contestants who
expected to use the eclipse system during the contest for any
inconvenience or concern caused by this trouble, and apologize to all
the attendees to the Fukuoka site, for any confusion or concern this
may have caused.
